Travel and visa support

Official travel arrangements are coordinated by Averon Airpath Travel. Registered participants in the Invited Speaker, Co-Author of Invited Speaker, and Companion of Invited Speaker categories receive:

• Visa documentation and application support
• Round-trip economy airfare to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
• Accommodation from June 20 to June 27, 2027
• Travel insurance
• Airport transfers

Speakers receive visa documentation and application support from the conference’s travel partner, with guidance throughout the process, including preparation for an in-person interview where required.

Accommodation

Participants registered as Invited Speaker, Co-Author of Invited Speaker, and Companion of Invited Speaker receive complimentary accommodation at The Westbridge Lodge & Convention Centre, with check-in on June 20, 2027 and check-out on June 27, 2027.

Participants are responsible for the cost of any additional nights. Accommodation is not included in Regular Participant registration.

Enquiries and supporting documents

For an initial enquiry, include your name, the conference topic or registration category you are asking about, and a concise description of your question. Use the contact responsible for your enquiry below.

Do not attach passport copies, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive documents to a general enquiry. If supporting documents are needed, ask the Secretariat or travel service provider how they should be supplied.

Before sending supporting records, you may ask who will receive them, how they will be used, and how long they will be retained. For visa-denial refund requests, the published documentation deadline still applies.
