Invitation
The International Conference on Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Medicine (ICESTEM 2027) invites researchers, educators, and practitioners to submit original research for presentation at the inaugural conference in Berlin, Germany, on June 21–26, 2027.
The conference encourages submissions that cross disciplinary boundaries and address questions that benefit from integrated approaches. Original, unpublished work of the following types is invited:
- Full research papers
- Technical and methodological papers
- Case studies and applied research reports
- Systematic reviews and meta-analyses
- Conceptual and theoretical papers
- Interdisciplinary research contributions
Early-career researchers, doctoral candidates, and postgraduate scholars are welcome to submit alongside established researchers.
Language
English is recommended for broader international accessibility.

All submitted papers undergo peer review. Manuscripts are evaluated on:
- Originality and novelty
- Quality of methodology and scientific rigor
- Relevance to the conference areas
- Clarity and organization of presentation
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

ICESTEM 2027 expects submitted work to meet the accepted standards of academic integrity.
- Submissions must be original, previously unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- All sources must be properly cited, and referencing must be applied consistently.
- Plagiarism and other unethical practices are strictly prohibited.
- Authors should comply with the ethical standards that apply in their field of research.
Submissions that do not meet these standards may be rejected.
Presentation and proceedings
Accepted papers are presented on site in Berlin as oral presentations or posters. Presentation durations and format details are provided through the program and the coordinators.
Accepted papers are to be compiled in the conference proceedings, with at least one author registered for each paper. Publishing arrangements have not yet been announced. Inclusion in the conference program should not be read as a promise of journal publication or indexing.
For current proceedings arrangements, contact the Conference Secretariat.
